Terms of Use

1. The service

EARN CHAT guides registered members through tasks that administrators choose to publish. Task types, reward amounts, eligibility and availability may vary. A task appearing in the interface does not guarantee a reward until the required verification succeeds.

2. Your account

Use accurate registration details, protect your password and do not access another member’s account. You may not submit misleading proof, manipulate timers or verification codes, or attempt duplicate reward claims.

3. Tasks and rewards

Follow each task’s displayed instructions. A website timer checks elapsed time only; it does not prove actual engagement. Screenshot rewards remain pending until reviewed and approved. Confirmed rewards, pending reviews and reserved withdrawals appear separately in Wallet. New accounts registered after the welcome offer launches can claim a one-time ₦5,000 signup bonus into their available balance. Repeated claims on the same account do not create additional credits. Withdrawal rules still apply.

4. Referral rewards

Personal referrals can earn a reward for each eligible signup at the rate currently shown in Refer & Earn. A signup qualifies only after required verification. One account counts once. Self-referrals and staff accounts do not qualify. Direct referral signup does not require optional website analytics consent. New rates apply prospectively; previous rewards are not recalculated.

Affiliate program

Affiliate applicants need Admin approval. Approved affiliates receive a separate tracking link. Commissions are paid only when Admin enables the program and a signup qualifies under the current rate. A single signup cannot earn both an affiliate commission and a personal-referral reward.

5. Withdrawals

Complete the configured KYC process, provide accurate bank details and have Available funds at or above the Admin-set minimum. Your confirmation after returning from the KYC link records your statement; it does not itself verify with the provider. A request reserves funds. Admin reviews KYC status and task history before approval. Paid means the bank transfer was verified.

6. External websites

Tasks may open independent third-party sites and services. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply. Do not share passwords, verification codes or sensitive information with unrelated parties.

7. Fair use

We may restrict access for abuse, fraudulent evidence, unauthorized account activity or security threats. Review, correction and appeal options remain subject to the task and platform rules.

8. Updates

We may revise these Terms as the service changes. Material changes should be clearly communicated to members. Please also read the Privacy Notice.
