Privacy Notice

1. Information used
To operate EARN CHAT, the service processes registration details, authentication records, task progress, saved guide conversations, submitted screenshots, review decisions, reward and withdrawal records, bank details and KYC review status. Technical service logs and essential session data may also be processed to operate and protect the application.
2. Why it is used
We use information for account access, task eligibility and verification, duplicate-reward prevention, referral rewards, withdrawal eligibility, request reviews, security and service updates.
3. Storage and access
Your guide conversation is stored privately and returned only to your signed-in account. Account and task records are stored using Supabase services, while the web application is hosted on Vercel. Authorized administrators can access task proofs, KYC status and operational records needed for their duties. EARN CHAT stores KYC review status only; do not upload identity documents in Chat. Submitted task proofs use private storage controls. Third-party task destinations have separate privacy practices.
4. Your choices and rights
You can view your progress, Wallet and account details within the platform. Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, subject to necessary legal and financial record retention. Contact the platform operator through its published support channel to submit a request.
5. Retention and security
Personal information is retained only for operational, security, legal and accounting purposes for as long as applicable requirements justify it. Technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Visits and optional tracking
Public page entries are counted automatically as Visits, which may repeat. To estimate daily unique visitors without tracking cookies, the server calculates a secret-protected, day-specific digest of the IP address supplied by Vercel. The raw IP is not sent to the analytics database. Daily digests are deleted after about 45 days, while grouped daily counts remain. One IP counts once per Lagos calendar day: shared IPs may undercount people and changing IPs may overcount them. No visitor identity is established, and historical visits cannot be reconstructed into unique visitors.
Optional account analytics can be enabled or disabled through Privacy choices. It is not required to use EARN CHAT. Source attribution uses a random first-party browser ID. Optional signed-in activity records recent activity time and your account ID. Separate operational returning-member counts include confirmed accounts that signed up on an earlier Lagos date and return on a later date; they are counted once per day. You can decline or withdraw; withdrawal stops future optional tracking and removes analytics and pending attribution cookies. Anonymous visit totals are separate.
Signing up directly through a personal referral link records the referral for qualification without a persistent browser analytics ID or referral cookie. The invitee’s account ID is linked to the referrer for reward checks. The referral rate displayed in the member app applies to eligible future signups. Invitees must meet verification requirements; one account counts once. The reward is not backdated. Referral account links are retained with account records. Admin sees grouped reward counts, not invitee identities. Finish signup from the referral link to retain attribution.
Admin reports grouped source, signup, task, proof and share counts. A Copy/Open event is a share attempt, not proof that a post went live. The automatic visit counter does not store referral codes or attribute a visit to an account. Unique-visitor measurement retains a short-lived secret-protected daily IP digest, not a raw IP address; campaign and referral reports do not store user-agent strings, device fingerprints, raw referrer URLs or page content. Vercel and Supabase may separately keep necessary security logs.
Active visitors
For the Admin’s five-minute live activity estimate, the service briefly stores a server-derived daily IP digest with its latest request time. This does not identify people and can undercount when visitors share an IP address. Live activity digests expire from the operational table after the short retention window.
Campaign traffic links
When you open an advertising link created by EARN CHAT Admin, the platform counts one campaign click in an aggregate daily total. The URL carries a short-lived signed campaign code so a new signup can be attributed to that campaign without identifying individual visitors or requiring an analytics cookie. If you register through the campaign URL, your new account may be counted once toward that campaign signup total. Admin can see campaign names, platforms, clicks and signup totals, not a list of who clicked. Campaign URLs do not use browser fingerprints or store your IP address in campaign analytics.
Referrals and affiliates
If you join through a personal referral link, your inviter may see your first name, join date and referral qualification status, but not your email or account details. Referral rewards are credited only under the current published program rules. Affiliate applications are reviewed by Admin. Approved affiliates receive a separate link; clicks are counted in grouped totals, and new signups may be attributed once to the affiliate. Affiliate commissions apply only while the program is enabled and a referred signup qualifies under the configured rate. The same signup cannot earn both a personal-referral payout and an affiliate commission.
Customer Support
Support messages are visible only to your account and authorized support administrators. Staff replies may create an in-app notification.
